Kirkgate Homes has completed three housing developments.

The first development of 23 two and three bedroom houses was at Newmachar, Aberdeenshire in 1994. This was carried out in conjunction with the former Gordon District Council and was aimed at first time buyers from the council’s waiting list.

In 1997 a Low Cost Home Ownership development was completed by Kirkgate Homes in Drumoak, Aberdeenshire. This development comprised 26 two and three bedroom bungalows, all of which were sold on the open market.

Woodend Grove, a development of 37 traditionally built homes in four individual house styles. Partnering with Barratt this development offers the benefits of suburban living and is within easy reach of Aberdeen's social, leisure, cultural and commercial experiences.
